Latent Supply

• Founded Latent Supply, independently taking software products from problem selection and interaction design through architecture, implementation, deployment and iteration.
• Built Chief, a cross-platform workspace for proactive agents, where local and cloud agents collaborate in shared channels, run scheduled work and use external tools.
• Built Browser UI, an open-source interface and protocol layer for agent-operated browsers, with packages for React and React Native, Flutter and Swift, covering live streaming, recordings, remote sessions and authenticated control.
• Built Program, an agentic video creation product with agent-driven editing and a programmatic rendering pipeline, plus Hyperfocus, a keyboard-first email client, and Drops for social automation.
• Work directly across agent orchestration, tool calling, model APIs, authentication, databases, desktop and mobile clients, and interaction design.

Oracle

• Led a three-engineer team building NetSuite Field Service Management after Oracle acquired Next Technik, working primarily in React and Redux on a production application used by field technicians.
• Owned engineering execution across product initiatives, including breaking down work, sprint planning, implementation, code review and coordinating delivery with product and design.
• Migrated the product's mapping implementation from Google Maps to an Oracle-owned provider, removing a significant recurring external service cost.
• Introduced Storybook and documented the design system, giving engineering and design a shared implementation reference and making interface inconsistencies easier to identify.
• Standardised ESLint and Prettier across the codebase, removing formatting work from code review and establishing consistent automated conventions.

Next Technik

• Built product features across the React application behind Next Service, a field service management platform for NetSuite customers.
• Rebuilt core product screens and their underlying component architecture as part of a major interface overhaul.
• Improved the shared component library and design-system implementation so new product work remained consistent as the application evolved.
• Worked closely with product managers and designers to turn operational workflows into shipped, tested interfaces in a team of three to five engineers.

Neto

• Worked directly with e-commerce technology partners to design and launch applications against Neto's platform APIs, including OAuth integration, testing, troubleshooting and add-on store releases.
• Ran technical sessions with partner engineering teams and helped developers move from initial integration through to production.
• Owned the theme store repository, developer review process and developer and API documentation used by e-commerce partners.
• Built and maintained commercial themes including Oslo and B2B for Neto's official theme store.
• Performed production MySQL restores during merchant incidents and worked directly with live customer data and storefront systems.

Neto

• Became the support team's specialist for storefront and front-end problems, diagnosing issues across live e-commerce sites, integrations, HTML, CSS and template code.
• Installed integrations and repaired merchant storefronts while supporting customers directly across phone, chat and email.
• Developed an early understanding of product usability from working directly with users when software failed, behaved unexpectedly or did not match their workflow.
